1987 Winner of ‘Cerdd Dafod’ competition; Artist-in-Residence at the National Eisteddfod,
Porthmadog; Artist-in-Residence at Gwyl Bro Preseli.

1990 Bursary from Welsh Arts Council to pursue research into the relationship between painting and music.

1992 Artist-in-Residence at six Pembrokeshire Primary Schools, ‘Visual Literacy’ project.
Solo Exhibitions at St. John’s, Smith Square, London and the CCTA Henry Thomas Gallery.

1992-1993 Accompanied Dyfed Youth Choir and Llandovery College Choir on French tours as Artist-in-Residence. Teaching at CCTA.

1993 Exhibition to launch limited edition print of University of Wales, Lampeter.
Commenced Ph.D. in Philosophy at Lampeter.

1994 Exhibition of drawings made during the ‘Schnittke at 60’ Festival at the Royal Academy of Music.
Sketchbook purchased by the National Library of Wales.

1995 Completed critical study of the painter, Ruth Harvey, produced by Heliotrope Publishing.

1996 Retrospective exhibition at the National Library of Wales.

1997 Opened Studio gallery at Bryn Morris.
Sketchbook of Rûg Estate, Corwen, commissioned for the Lord Newborough.
Commenced Sketchbook recording the restoration of walled garden at Ty Glyn Davis, sponsored by The Gulbenkian Foundation.
